3. Course Booking, Fees, and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices for classroom certifications, masterclasses, and online courses are clearly stated on our website. Spey Academy reserves the right to modify prices or introduce promotions at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment Security: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking via our secured payment gateways.

4. Cancellation, Transfers, and Refunds

All course bookings and digital products are subject to our Refund and Cancelation Policy.

  • In-person course seats are non-refundable but may be eligible for a date or name transfer if requested more than 14 days prior to the event.

  • Access to digital/online training is immediate and irreversible; therefore, all online course sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct & Age Verification (In-Person Events)

Spey Academy prides itself on delivering a sophisticated, safe, and professional learning environment. At our curated venues and masterclasses:

  • Age Verification: In strict compliance with licensing laws, alcohol will only be served to individuals of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photographic identification (e.g., passport or driving license) at the venue before allowing entry or participation. If a student cannot prove they are of legal drinking age, they will be excluded from the session without a refund.

  • Responsible Consumption: We advocate exclusively for responsible drinking and sensory appreciation.

  • Disruptive Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any student from a classroom session, without refund or compensation, if they exhibit disruptive, abusive, or visibly intoxicated behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Course Changes: While we aim for perfect execution, Spey Academy reserves the right to alter course dates, venues, or instructors if forced by logistical necessities or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Incidental Expenses: Spey Academy’s maximum financial liability is strictly limited to the tuition fee paid by the student. We are not liable for any personal travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred due to event changes.

  • Website Availability: Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms, our policies, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
