Considered the flagship expression of Heaven Hill Distillery, it perfectly embodies the brand’s “Small Batch Bourbon” philosophy. Named after Baptist minister Elijah Craig — often credited as the first person to age whiskey in charred oak barrels in America — this bourbon’s mash bill consists of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye.
