Proudly crafted entirely on the island by the local team behind The Hearach, this permanent addition captures a lightly peated, fresh, and vibrant island style after a decade of distilling. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, it delivers a smooth and complex profile with notes of butterscotch, floral sweetness, and gentle spice. The expression is non-chill filtered with no artificial colouring used.
